Elisabeth Kirchbaumer Heal is our Operations Manager and has been with the team since July 2006. She has an extensive background in administration and retail, and is thus well placed to ensure the smooth-running of the logistical side of our operation. She is responsible for the importation of merchandise, including all customs related issues and inventory management. She also oversees both the showroom and our 4000 square foot warehouse in West Bay.
Elisabeth moved to Grand Cayman from Germany in the late 1990s and joined a large, long-established jewelry retailer where she succeeded as top sales producer two years running. With her innate sense of customer service and attention to detail she is looking forward to similar success at IDG.
